1. HOW MUCH DOES LAUNCH LAB COST?
The price of retaining Vibbix and entering the Launch Lab program varies widely and is dependent on what exact type of business you're starting. However, regardless of which type of business you're aiming to launch, starting a business isn't cheap. The minimum we charge prospective clients is around $5,000 for the full service package. Your exact price will vary depending on how common your chosen business venture is and the ticket price of your product or service. The less common, the more expensive Launch Lab will be. The higher the ticket price, the more expensive Launch Lab will be. Keep in mind that it is possible to retain Vibbix for certain services and not others during your launch. The full service package is our most recommended option, but obviously if you elect to forgo some services, the overall price will be cheaper. We also don't expect you to pay everything upfront. We work based on a deposit system where we charge some money to begin work, and then once we hit certain milestones, the next payment comes due. Payment structures vary based on which services are retained and the specifics of your business, so if you want a full breakdown of what payments would look like in your particular case, the best thing you can do is fill out the form at the bottom of the page and we'll reach out to craft the quote for you. Finally, keep in mind that certain industries or types of businesses lend themselves towards commission or revenue sharing. Whenever this is possible, your price becomes much lower in terms of upfront costs, but Vibbix continues to get paid based off of either a commission on sales or a percentage of revenue generated. As you can see, there are many factors that affect your price and payment structure. 2. CAN YOU OPEN ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS?
The short answer is no, we cannot open every conceivable business in every industry. This is why you can't just sign up to work with us without our vetting your business idea first. Our strengths lie in service based industries and low-to-mid ticket products. As an example, if you're trying to start a car manufacturing company to rival Tesla, we're probably not the right fit for you (and vice versa). As another example, if you're starting a fashion brand, opening a barber shop, or becoming roofing contractors, we're definitely the right people for you. After years of entrepreneurship, our team has accumulated a wide variety of experts in our rolodex. If we know someone or can hire someone in your industry to help guide the process and streamline growth while avoiding problems, we will take on your business as part of Launch Lab. If we don't know anyone with your industry's background, and we don't have any experience ourselves, we'll likely turn down the opportunity to work with you. Don't get discouraged though. 15 Years of Entrepreneurship has had us cross paths with everything from medical offices to law firms to construction to flower shops and everything in between. Try us. We probably know how to help you. And if not, we'll always try to point you in the right direction.
3. DO YOU DO EVERYTHING FOR ME?
While we do take on most of the more difficult, complicated, and time consuming aspects of starting a business, there is still some homework for you, the potential Founder. For example, when we register your business with the state, we'll likely need you to fill out and sign forms in order to do so. When we create a few logos, we'll need you to review them and approve your favorite or ask for specific edits to be made. When we create your social media posts, we'll need your permission to film/photograph and your time to set up shoots if necessary. While most of the dirty work will be left to Vibbix, the Founder will still need to be involved and informed in every step of the process in order to create YOUR dream business and not Vibbix's dream business. Most of what we ask for is information, permission, and approval, which should not take up too much of your time, freeing you up to perfect your core offer if need be. The core offer is perhaps the biggest missing piece to the puzzle that Vibbix Launch Lab does not provide, and which will fall on the Founder exclusively. While we can give guidance and help, ultimately, the core offer set up is in the hands of the Founder. To illustrate this point, let's follow a concrete example: Say you want to start a painting company. We will incorporate the business with the state and ensure you're legal and compliant. We'll file your business tax receipt and get an EIN. We'll create logos and taglines and then generate a website that can act as a piece to the overall sales funnel. We'll organize all your new files and generate templates for contracts. We'll even go onsite to one of your jobs with our professional camera equipment to get footage for Instagram and YouTube videos. We'll run paid ads and do Cold Calls and Cold DMs to try to rustle up customers. We'll close interested leads and make sales for you. In other words, we'll take care of everything EXCEPT painting. We won't buy you a van or a scissor lift. We won't purchase paint equipment. We won't hire painting laborers. We won't teach you proper painting techniques. That's the core offer, and setting that up is your job. That's why, even though we're taking care of a lot of the launch, we don't frame the Launch Lab as a totally Do-It-For-You service because there's still plenty that you, the Founder, need to do. We just believe that, together, we can create a business that will dominate its market for years to come.
4. HOW DOES SIGNING UP WORK?
If you're interested in working with the Vibbix Launch Lab, the very first thing you need to do is get in contact with a Sales Associate so we can get you a quote. You can do that by either filling out the form at the bottom of the page or using the button in the header (desktop website only) to call us directly. Our hours of operation are from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, so you can feel free to contact us or fill out the form during that time period. If you're outside the hours of operation, just expect a call back the following business day. Make sure to leave a note in the form or in your voicemail saying what time works best for you to give you a call back. Once we have you on the phone, our Sales Associate will gather some basic information from you and get a sense for what kind of business you're looking to start. After your initial conversation, we'll send you an email with an Intake Form, which asks some more questions about the business you're hoping to launch. Once you send us the Intake Form, we will review and contact you within 24 hours with any clarifying questions. Within 48 hours, we'll send you a formal Proposal which will outline the cost of working with Vibbix to launch your specific business. The proposal will also contain information on guarantees, commissions, and payment structures. If you decide to move forward with us, we'll send you a payment link so you can pay your allotted deposit amount, and once that's been paid, we're officially your launch partners. From there, we get to work pretty much right away to file paperwork and do some of the creative heavy lifting. You'll receive a schedule with our internal deadlines to attain certain goals, as well as information on what we'll need from you in order to proceed to the next step. Keep in mind that we'll never move forward without your approval, so we'll need to maintain open lines of communication throughout the 60 day Launch Window to be successful. After 60 days (or less) we'll have fulfilled our end of the contract, at which point we'll formally depart from your business, leaving you with a legal, official, revenue generating machine.
